Grace Dahl is the Executive Administrator for both Wallin Education Partners and the Wallin Foundation. As office manager, she oversees many of the day-to-day administrative and office functions for both organizations. She is Wallin Education Partners’ de facto human resources department which includes staffing and policies, benefit plans and records.
Her office management responsibilities include administrative support to Wallin Education Partners Board of Trustees and the Executive Director. For the Wallin Foundation, Grace coordinates and reports on Foundation finances, works with outside tax, legal and investment resources, and provides general administrative support.
Before making her way into the non-profit world, Grace managed a CPA firm and was instrumental in the successful merger of this firm with a second firm. After the merger, Grace managed both offices. Grace attended Carlson School of Management’s Industrial Relations Center, where she received a diploma in Supervision and Office Management. Grace enjoys the many challenging facets of her position and using her ability to organize and manage a wide scope of activities to further the mission of Wallin Education Partners.
Equally active outside of work, Grace enjoys biking, gardening, gym training, dancing and travel.
